Establish the architectural framework of products and provide strategic guidance to design engineers to ensure alignment in topologies and implementations.
Lead cross-functional teams to effectively balance product cost, performance, and timelines.
Proactively address and resolve issues and obstacles preventing timely project completion.
Serve as the primary engineer overseeing GPU and SoC ball-map development.
What You Bring: Over 5 years of experience as a Lead Product Architect in chip, platform, and hardware optimization of industry-leading solutions.
A Master's degree (or equivalent experience) in Electronic Engineering or a related discipline.
In-depth technical expertise and a proven ability to present and justify performance solutions to both business and technical stakeholders within the organization.
Strong analytical skills supported by experience in PCB design and product development.
Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities efficiently while adhering to tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills essential for collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams, from algorithms and software to hardware micro-architecture and silicon design.
Experience with DFx (Design for cost, test, manufacturing), Schematic, PCB Layout, Signal Integrity, and factory manufacturing processes.
