Our client, a renowned interior design firm specializing in hospitality and residential projects, is committed to excellence and creativity. They are seeking a talented in-house attorney to join their dynamic legal team. About the Client:

Reporting to the General Counsel, the in-house attorney will provide comprehensive legal support to the firm. This role involves working closely with the design and management teams to ensure all legal aspects of projects are handled efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers, and partners. Handle intellectual property matters to protect the firm's creative assets. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Collaborate with external legal counsel as needed. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Minimum of 2 years of experience in transactional law, preferably with experience in the design, real estate, or construction industry. Strong understanding of contract law and intellectual property rights. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Seniority level
