Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr Assistant Vice President, Corporate Recruitment specializing in identifying top talent for Companies in Beauty/Fashion/CPG Sectors Our client, a baby brand, is looking to hire a Creative Director to join the team at their corporate office onsite in Lakewood. Job Duties Include: Develop and manage a creative team including hiring, performance management, training, etc. Support communication strategies for the brand, products, campaigns, events, retail partners, etc. Develop brand campaigns from start to finish including delivery of assets for media launches in coordination with internal and external media teams Content creation of photography, video, graphics, ads, packaging, etc. Develop a brand voice Prioritize day-to-day demands and manage larger projects, ensuring they are completed in a timely manner while meeting or exceeding expectations Job Qualifications Include: 10 years of dynamic brand/strategy experience Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field Must come from a company that sells to Target and Amazon CPG experience (industries such as beauty, food/beverage, toys, etc.) Experience leading a team and collaborating with other departments within the company Salary: $120k - $140k annually While PCG appreciates all applicants, only those qualified will be contacted.
