About the Role
We are looking for ambitious movie-obsessed students to join our IMAX Internship Program this Summer! This 10-week program will focus on hands-on learning, skill development, and real-world work experience in a collaborative and innovative environment. This program will take place June-August in our Playa Vista office!
Do you have a passion for the entertainment industry and international markets? Are you an innovative team player? The International Film Development Intern will join the IMAX film Distribution and Development team to assist in and identify moviegoing trends in key foreign markets where IMAX has a strong presence.

What You'll Do:
- Support Film Distribution team with a variety of projects; including brainstorm and research assignments
- Compile and analyze information on films, filmmakers, and box office performance
- Assist staff with general administrative duties
- Data entry
What You'll Need:
- Student pursuing a degree in a related concentration
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills including MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
Nice to Have:
- Bilingualism is a plus
- Self-starter, well-organized, able to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
