Multi-practice Healthcare company in Middlesex County looking for a Marketing Director/VP of Marketing.
Industry: Healthcare
Location: Middlesex Couty – ideally 3 days onsite
Salary: 145-170k + 15-20% bonus
Must Haves:
- 8-15+ years of experience
- Leadership but also current hands on experience
- Digital Marketing (SEO, SEM, paid media, social media, and content marketing efforts on multiple platforms and websites)
- Marketing Strategy
- Healthcare experience would be ideal, also professional services or start-up, etc.
- Building strategy to grow, referral marketing, referral engagement and patient growth
- Managing Marketing budget, drive strategies that align with financial targets.
- Analytics, data and performance metrics, develop KPIs, dashboards, and analytics to measure and improve performance across multiple brands/locations.
Preferred:
- Confident building out a department
- Mergers experience, building and managing multiple brands, branding/rebranding
Software: CRM & Automation (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.) Analytics
