This is a full-time, hybrid position, which is required to be on-site (Industry City Brooklyn) 1+ day per week on Wednesdays. Primary Responsibilities: Present multi-platform, multi-channel creative solutions & present to management. Provide feedback & guidance to a wide array of creatives. Lead strategic & complex design projects that span across multiple teams. Manage multi-disciplinary internal & external creative resources to ensure work achieves project goals. Engage in design work & art direction directly, & communicate ideas clearly for the team to execute. Be a key voice in defining the Moda brand & its application through art direction, graphic design, social design, & UI. Maintain & refine a cohesive brand image & visual language. Scope projects & forecast resourcing needs with key stakeholders to prioritize & maximize resources, communicating needs & trade-offs when appropriate. Identify opportunities to incorporate emerging marketing / branding trends & digital innovations. Develop 360 campaigns that accommodate multiple brands while preserving Moda's visual perspective. This includes creating brand elements & holistic mood boards, ensuring seamless integration across all channels, collateral, & merchandise. Manage the Editorial team. Drive development across the team & delegate projects accordingly. Qualifications / Ideal Experience: Accessible online portfolio that demonstrates creative work that unifies strategy & execution across a range of channels, aesthetics, & project budgets. 10+ years experience in creative roles at a creative agency, editorial publication, retailer, and / or consumer brand. 5+ years of experience leading teams through strategy & execution. Understanding of UI, typography, & image standards for web. Understanding of digital content production, including familiarity with post-production retouching & editing. Print Knowledge. Proficiency in print design, consistently delivering (on brand) high-quality assets even within budget constraints. Fluency with contemporary social media platforms, technologies, & trends. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. A compelling storyteller with a clear talent for managing the delivery of concise, emotional & thoughtful work both strategically & creatively. Highly collaborative style to partner with many teams as well as external partners. Ability to navigate ambiguous situations & thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment. Hands-on ownership of fashion-related branding & campaign work. Expert knowledge of e-commerce & digital marketing best practices. Basic knowledge of UX & front-end web design processes & best practices. Job Type:
