The successful candidate will be a key leader in the company's operations, with a primary focus on sales and marketing strategy. This role involves defining and executing a sales plan, restructuring the sales force, creating an outbound sales team, and implementing various sales and marketing initiatives. The VP will be responsible for new customer acquisition, managing key accounts, and driving the company's revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales and marketing, with a strong emphasis on sales, and at least 2 years of sales leadership experience. Experience in national account selling, distributed sales team management, and a proven track record in sales management and metrics is essential. The role also requires a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience, and a Master's or post-graduate degree is preferred. The VP of Sales and Marketing at the company will be expected to demonstrate high levels of intelligence, analytical strength, and the ability to set and communicate demanding standards.
