The Casino Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plan. The Casino Marketing Manager provides a wide range of administrative and specialized project-based support. Need to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations and possess strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills. The ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities is imperative. The Casino Marketing Manager must be able to work under pressure, at times, to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Develop a Quarterly Marketing Plan.
- Oversee the Host Department, develop schedules and maintain record of disciplinary actions if necessary.
- Develop, implement, and execute strategic marketing plans.
- Develop, implement, and execute casino events to attract and retain casino clients.
- Provide a wide range of administrative and specialized project-based support.
- Exercise good judgment in a variety of situations and possess strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelors, Master's degree in Business Administration or relevant work experience.
- Have flexibility in a changing work environment.
- Be able to work weekends, holidays, rotational shifts when needed to guarantee the efficient operation of the department.
- Minimum of three years of marketing and hotel experience handling multiple projects of different scope/complexity
- Fully Bilingual with strong oral and written communication and presentation skills (English/Spanish)
