About the Role The Company is in search of a Vice President of Product Design to lead the evolution of design within the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and executing design excellence, with a focus on creating intuitive, elegant, and effective user experiences, particularly for non-technical users. This role requires a hands-on design executive with a system-level approach to design, deep experience in AI-first product design, and a strong background in incorporating AI assistants and data-driven insights in a natural and trustworthy manner. The VP of Product Design will also be tasked with driving rapid experimentation, leading a world-class design team, and ensuring deep cross-functional collaboration to deliver value and meet user needs.Applicants for the VP of Product Design position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years of product design experience, including at least 5 years in senior design leadership roles.
