Create, program, and publish daily content that fuels growth across key metrics: engagement, impressions, shares, and follower count.
Spot and surface viral racing content—whether it’s from a creator, fan cam, Reddit thread, or onboard footage.
Launch and run original formats, social franchises, and repeatable ideas built for speed, relevance, and platform-specific behavior.
Collaborate with video, editorial, and commercial teams to align on cross-platform initiatives and monetizable moments.
Work with creators and influencers—bringing them into the Motorsport ecosystem through partnerships and co-created content.
Monitor trends, memes, and algorithm shifts to keep Motorsport’s social presence fast, reactive, and culturally aware.
Build and maintain a U.S.-specific social calendar tied to race schedules, fandom moments, tentpoles, and internet behavior.
Track and report performance—sharing takeaways and optimizations that inform broader social and audience strategies.
Represent the voice of the American racing fan across the organization—ensuring local relevance and cultural fluency.
Qualifications & Experience 5+ years of hands-on experience running and growing high-impact social media channels.
Deep understanding or passion of U.S. motorsports culture, particularly NASCAR, with bonus points for familiarity with F1, IndyCar, and car culture at large.
Expert in TikTok and Instagram Reels, with a strong sense of platform-native storytelling and voice.
Experience building from scratch or scaling up accounts with clear audience and engagement growth.
Solid video editing and design skills (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite preferred).
Strong instincts for virality, meme fluency, and internet trends—knowing what works and why.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, remote-first environment; available for weekend or race-day content moments. Strong reporting skills—able to make data actionable using Meta Business Suite, GA4, YouTube Studio, and other tools. Prior experience working with creators or fan communities in sports, media, or entertainment is a big plus.
Compensation: Salary is competitive and is dependent on experience.
Salary range is $90,000 to $125,000.
