About the Job:
The Marketing Analyst plays a key role in executing and optimizing marketing initiatives, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strategic alignment. This individual will be responsible for compiling, deploying, and tracking campaigns across multiple channels while utilizing data-driven insights to refine strategies and maximize impact.
Responsibilities:
- Compile weekly direct mail lists and submit campaigns to maintain a strong brand presence
- Create and implement monthly social media calendars across all relevant platforms
- Extract and organize email content from website blog posts and distribute according to schedule
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance across direct mail, social media, and emerging channels like YouTube and Outdoor media
- Assist with ad hoc data analysis to refine and enhance marketing strategies
- Ensure all marketing initiatives meet key performance metrics for execution and engagement
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Excel is preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights and optimize marketing efforts.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in execution.
- Strategic thinking with a big-picture vision for brand growth.
- Excellent communication and listening skills to collaborate effectively within the team.
Compensation:
- $62,000 - $75,000 base TBD on experience & location
