We are a content-driven business that converts organic traffic, engaged email subscribers, and paid media into high-value customers. Our marketing strategy spans paid social, Google Ads, SEO, email, and affiliate/influencer partnerships. We’re looking for a data-driven, revenue-focused marketing leader who can scale our growth engine while ensuring strong ROAS. We’re seeking a
VP of Growth Marketing (or Head of Performance Marketing)
to own our customer acquisition and retention strategy, driving measurable revenue growth across all marketing channels. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and leadership. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership, creative teams, and agencies to maximize our marketing performance. This is a high-visibility role where your impact will be felt directly in our revenue growth. What You’ll Do
Revenue Growth & Acquisition Strategy
Develop and execute a
comprehensive performance marketing strategy
across
paid media (Meta, Google), SEO, email, and affiliate/influencer marketing. Identify and
prioritize high-ROI opportunities
to scale customer acquisition while maintaining profitability. Establish and optimize
funnel strategies , including
landing pages, offers, and ad creative testing
to maximize conversion rates. Paid & Organic Campaign Management
Oversee and refine
ad campaigns
across Meta, Google, and emerging paid channels. Partner with our
performance marketing agency
to improve ad creative, targeting, and budgets. Work with the creative team to test new ad formats, hooks, and messaging. Continuously
optimize and A/B test
landing pages, ad copy, and email sequences. Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
Own the marketing
dashboard and KPIs , ensuring a clear view of
CAC, LTV, ROAS, and retention metrics. Use
Google Analytics, Shopify, and ad platform data
to make data-backed decisions. Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, then
quickly pivot strategies
for better performance. Leadership & Cross-Team Collaboration
Work closely with
graphic designers, copywriters, and external agencies
to ensure marketing assets align with performance goals. Provide
constructive feedback
to improve ad creatives, landing pages, and email flows. Build and manage a high-performing marketing team
as we scale. Budget Ownership & Forecasting
Own and optimize the
performance marketing budget , ensuring efficient spend allocation. Forecast
spending and revenue impact
to align with business goals. What We’re Looking For
7+ years of experience
in performance marketing, with a
proven track record of scaling e-commerce revenue
(DTC experience preferred). 2+ years in a leadership role , managing cross-functional teams and agencies. Deep expertise in
Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, email marketing (Klaviyo), and affiliate/influencer partnerships. Strong
analytical skills
– able to interpret data and make
data-backed decisions
to improve performance. Experience with
conversion rate optimization (CRO) , landing page testing, and funnel optimization. Excellent
communication and leadership skills
– able to give clear, actionable feedback to teams and partners. Ability to
thrive in a fast-paced environment
and adapt strategies quickly. What We Offer
Competitive Compensation:
$120,000–$140,000 base salary + up to $50,000 in performance-based bonuses. Equity/Profit Sharing:
