Director, PR, Social Media, Influencers & Collaborations
Full Glass Wine (FGW) is a venture-backed brand acquisition and management firm focused on rapidly acquiring direct-to-consumer (“DTC”) wine companies to build a multi-brand wine marketplace. We are revolutionizing the DTC wine industry with a focus on leveraging strategic investments to drive growth and operational efficiency, ensuring each brand reaches its full potential while maintaining its unique identity.
The Director, PR, Social Media, Influencer & Collaborations will be responsible for elevating the public profile across our portfolio of brands through innovative social media strategies, influencer marketing, strategic PR efforts, and mutually beneficial brand partnerships.
This role is a unique opportunity to shape the public voice, digital presence, and influencer relationships for Full Glass Wine and our growing portfolio of brands. This individual will lead the charge in crafting and amplifying our brands’ voices while building relationships that expand our reach and influence. With a balance of creative vision and strategic execution, this leader will ensure our brands connect authentically with target audiences and key stakeholders.

Oversight And Responsibilities
- Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Oversee the social media strategy for all brands within the portfolio, ensuring alignment with brand voice and business objectives.
- Oversee development and management of content calendars, campaigns, and activations across social media platforms.
- Monitor social media trends, platform changes, and performance metrics to optimize engagement and growth.
- Partner with creative teams to produce visually compelling, on-brand content.
- Resource freelance creative talent as needed.
- Engage with audiences to foster community and drive loyalty.
- Influencer Marketing & Strategic Collaborations
- Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies to expand reach and drive brand affinity and conversion.
- Identify, recruit, and maintain relationships with influencers across all relevant platforms.
- Negotiate and manage influencer contracts and campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand values and goals.
- Oversee the development of strategic collaborations with like-minded brands to create mutually beneficial initiatives.
- Public Relations & Agency Management
- Partner with our PR agency of record to establish strategies to enhance brand awareness and secure positive media coverage across a wide variety of outlets.
- Work with our PR agency of record to define the brand narrative that will drive impactful storytelling.
- Work closely with leadership and PR agency to manage crisis communications to protect and enhance brand reputation.
- Collaborate with leadership to align PR strategies with broader business goals.
- Leadership & Collaboration
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing social media, influencer and partnerships team.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, and Operations teams to align strategies and maximize impact.
- Oversee budget planning and allocation for PR, social media, and influencer initiatives.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Measure the effectiveness of PR, social media, influencer, and partnership campaigns, providing actionable insights to leadership.
- Leverage analytics to inform future strategies, improve ROI, and ensure alignment with company goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience managing PR, social media, and influencer marketing for a portfolio of brands.
- Proven leadership experience in PR, social media, and influencer marketing roles, ideally within the wine, luxury goods, or lifestyle industries.
- Established network of media contacts, influencers, and potential co-branded partners.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and adapt messaging for diverse audiences.
- Strong media and influencer relations skills, with a proven track record of building impactful partnerships and securing high-value coverage.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate big-picture goals into actionable plans.
- A creative mindset with a strong analytical approach to performance optimization.
