Job Title: UX/UI Designer Location: Tarrytown, NY Job Type: Full-Time Mode of work: Hybrid (minimum 3 days in a week onsite) Job Description: We are looking for a talented and experienced UX/UI Designer to join our client’s team. In this role, you will work on creating modern, intuitive, and user-centred designs for mobile and desktop applications. You will be instrumental in simplifying complex user flows and delivering seamless experiences that delight users. Your expertise in user-centred design principles and best practices will help guide the team in making informed, data-driven design decisions. Qualifications: Proven experience designing and shipping high-utility mobile or desktop applications. Working knowledge of usability testing methodologies and conducting stakeholder interviews. Expert understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices. A portfolio showcasing design solutions for modern user interfaces and interactions (not just artifacts). Strong ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to stakeholders and team members. Proficient in leveraging research and data to drive design recommendations. Experience with qualitative research methods to understand user needs and define design solutions. Expert-level proficiency in Figma and other design tools.
