We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support gift card operations and marketing This is a Hybrid, in-office role, expect to work in person (in office) Tuesday to Thursday each week reporting to our Fort Lauderdale, FL office. The role will be responsible for day-to-day operations for the Princess gift card product, including vendor coordination, sales reporting, onboard team support, limited guest inquiry support, and promotion management. The role will also oversee the curation, library, and accuracy of the fleet-wide deck plans for web and brochures. The coordinator will also provide task support for the rest of the product marketing team, including but not limited to new builds, entertainment, F&B, hotel, and port operations. Will be responsible for meeting note taking and communication of action items. Will also assist the product marketing specialists with requests to the brand librarian to update logos, images and videos.

Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of the PCL gift card program, including communication with gift card vendors, promotion set-ups, sales reporting, onboard crew support, and limited guest support. Responsible for content updates for the gift card program on princess.com and third-party sites.
Maintain library of fleet-wide deck plans, submitting updates needed to creative services and communicating changes with web, trade, and commercial teams. Tracking on commercial changes that correlate with room or venue updates.
Support product marketing specialists with collateral audits, content updates, creative project management and distribution of marketing assets.
Note taking and distribution of meeting minutes for product marketing meetings. Project task tracking and follow up with stakeholders.
Assist with requests to update brand images and videos with asset librarian. Coordination of asset distribution to stakeholders (collections, links, file transfers)
Overflow task management and support for the Product Marketing specialists.
Assist in curation of logos and other assts, request updates to the PCL image and video repository
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Liberal Arts
Minimum 2+ years marketing experience.
Gift card, Entertainment, hospitality, travel or leisure experience preferred.
Experience with web, app, online advertising, CRM, eCommerce.
Experience with excel and sales reporting tools a must.
Planning, organizational and project management skills.
Strong oral and written communication.
Collaboration and consensus building.
Experience with excel and sales analytics tools preferred.
Analytical and problem-solving skills preferred.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects preferred.
Change management experience preferred.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Princess is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-1B status).

Base Hourly Range: $22.84 - $30.82 per hour. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
