Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end design projects within the Classic workspace, ensuring that the design solutions are viable, feasible and desirable.Foster strong relationships with cross-functional team members, including product managers, engineers and business stakeholders to ensure a collaborative approach to design.Contribute to the evolution and refinement of the team's processes, advocating best practices in UX design.Mentor junior designers, helping to elevate the team's overall skill set and promoting a culture of learning and growth.Drive initiatives to advance UX maturity across the organization, demonstrating the value of user-centered design in achieving business objectives.
Qualifications:5+ years of product design experience, with a proven track record of successful project leadership.Expert proficiency in Figma, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively articulating design decisions and storytelling to diverse audiences.Strong understanding of the latest UX design and technology trends.A self-starter who possesses an intrinsic motivation to explore innovative ideas, challenge conventional approaches and continuously seek opportunities for improvement and learning.
Preferred Qualifications:A passion for UX maturity, demonstrated by successful initiatives that have significantly enhanced user experience and led to positive business outcomes.Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to better understand implementation constraints and enhance design feasibility.A strong passion for metrics and analytics, with the ability to leverage data in designing solutions that drive user engagement and satisfaction.Familiar with tools and methodologies for measuring UX success and a proven track record of using quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions.
