About the Team: Creators are the heart and soul of TikTok. The Creator team's mission is to facilitate our Creator community's growth and development, drive high quality content production and increase creator engagement and product adoption through scaled content and education programs. This team will also create scalable initiatives to build, celebrate, and recognize our diverse and inclusive Creator communities around the world. About the Role The Creator Development team is responsible for tiered Curriculum Development, focusing on product education/adoption, content best practices and reinforcing core narratives that support business goals. This team is also focussed on creator manager enablement, implementing a regular stream of education to increase knowledge of creator managers in core areas. This role will help develop tiered curriculums and effectively implement educational resources. Responsibilities Develop tiered curriculums and effective always-on education resources, such as webinars, one-pagers, Creator Academy articles and videos. Collaborate closely with Creator Growth and Journey team to devise curriculums suitable to grow creators across scaled and direct management. Collaborate closely with Direct and Scaled Management teams to create internal enablement sessions around product features, moderation & safety, relationship building and more in order to enhance account management. Collaborate closely with Product Adoption team to develop curriculums and other educational resources for their programs. While the overall team supports all regions, this role will primarily oversee execution for North America. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications 5+ years working experience focused on the creator and content ecosystem, ideally with experience at other top content, entertainment and social media/influencer platforms, companies, or relevant industries. Understanding of the TikTok platform, TikTok creators, and the current competitive landscape. Highly collaborative with a strong track record of working across teams, organizational structures, and geographies to drive impact.
