Currently, we are searching for an Audio-Visual Technician to join our team ON SITE in downtown Seattle, WA. Job Responsibilities: Ensure proper day-to-day operation of Microsoft Teams, Cisco-Tandberg & Crestron AV Systems – and other technology applications and equipment as assigned – by identifying, researching and resolving technical problems. Support incoming AV support requests and maintain calendar of upcoming support events in Service Now Provide real-time teleconferencing support for high-level stakeholders during business-critical meetings and presentations Perform installation tasks for audio visual projects including but not limited to pulling cable, installing connectors, mounting projects and metal fabrication Read and interpret electronic schematics and architectural blueprints Use hand and power tools to solder and crimp connectors along with various other AV systems related tasks Test functionality of systems Minimum Job Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent, or military experience (formal education in Electronics or related field preferred) 2+ years Audio Visual & Teleconferencing support experience required (4+ preferred) experience must be current Experience troubleshooting Crestron AV Systems Experience troubleshooting Cisco-Tandberg hardware preferred Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Teams AV Systems Experience with audio visual, electronic & telecom cable installation Strong interpersonal skills Comfort in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple concurrent tasks Ability to work independently and self-motivate Excellent customer service skills – the ability to communicate orally with customers, vendors, management, and coworkers is crucial. Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to lift moderate loads (computers, monitors, printers, etc.) Regular and predictable attendance Work Environment: This role is performed indoors in an office setting. This position requires the ability to move, carry, push, pull and / or lift up to 45 pounds, as well as climb under / around desks for cable management.
