Be Backed by the Best. Be Berkadia. Our Senior Marketing Project Managers play a crucial role in providing excellent support for our advisors as they conduct their daily business activities. The Senior Marketing Project Manager coordinates activities for our Investment Advisor, including proposals, listings, marketing of those listings, escrow closings, and all related processes. They also coordinate research and related activities with our Global Production Operations. We Innovate to shape the future of CRE, so in this role you will: Coordinate and optimize the flow of projects, information, and documents to foster collaboration and accountability among advisors and all involved parties. Collect data from advisors and support staff for the creation of marketing materials, presentation packages, and other essential documents. Complete proposals, marketing materials, and websites efficiently. Launch listings for assigned advisors and provide support through the close of escrow. Submit requests for documents such as research reports, neighborhood data, and historical and economic information. Collaborate with advisors and marketing support staff to ensure accurate and timely production and distribution of materials for each project. Manage and document listing agreements and contracts of sale in compliance with corporate and Department of Real Estate requirements. Prioritize and manage documents related to closings, ensuring timely follow-up on required items. Monitor and order office inventory and marketing materials for assigned advisors. Maintain a database of potential buyers, sellers, property listings, and escrows for assigned advisors. Share information on corporate initiatives or new products/services and provide follow-up training as necessary. Establish and maintain necessary electronic files. Compose various real estate documents, including listing agreements, receipts for commission funds, purchase agreements, and supporting transaction data. Other duties as assigned. Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and trends, providing actionable insights to inform decision-making and optimize marketing strategies.
