Title: Marketing Manager
Salary: $90,000 + bonus potential

Position Summary: The primary responsibility of this position is to develop, implement, and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across all lines of business to attract new customers and retain existing ones. This includes overseeing multi-channel campaigns, creating engaging content, and ensuring consistent brand messaging.
The role requires close collaboration with executives on branding initiatives to enhance market visibility and awareness, while managing marketing budgets, setting KPI targets, and reporting on performance. A key aspect of this role is aligning creative direction with the company’s strategic goals, ensuring all marketing efforts support broader organizational objectives.
Additional responsibilities include managing social media channels, writing press and media releases, handling internal and external communications, and supporting employee recruiting initiatives through targeted marketing efforts. The position also plays a critical role in overseeing vendor relationships, coordinating trade show participation, and applying for industry nominations to boost company recognition.
Essential Functions:
1. Develop and execute annual marketing plans, incorporating KPIs and budget considerations with input from business units.
2. Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including print, social media, and digital efforts, to cross-sell Warehouse & Fulfillment, Transportation, and Packaging services.
3. Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media, website management, and other online assets, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
4. Handle all creative assets and content creation, developing high-quality visuals, copy, and media to support marketing efforts, with assistance from outside vendors as needed.
5. Create compelling proposals and presentations using brochures, data reports, visuals, and case studies.
6. Write and distribute press and media releases to enhance company visibility and manage public relations.
7. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions and identify industry trends.
8. Collaborate with business unit leaders to develop marketing collateral aligned with company objectives.
9. Assist in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media ads, with a focus on ROI and lead generation.
10. Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and search rankings.
11. Plan and coordinate trade show exhibitions to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
12. Build and manage marketing partnerships within 3PL-focused networks.
13. Oversee vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts and managing external marketing agencies, freelancers, and service providers.
14. Support HR, IT, and other departments with marketing-related requests, ensuring brand alignment across internal and external communications.
15. Support the CEO with various strategic projects, providing marketing insights and assistance to further company goals and objectives.
16. Represent the company at business networking events and coordinate industry participation.
17. Apply strategic thinking and creativity to develop innovative marketing approaches.
18. Use data-driven insights and analytics to identify trends and optimize strategies.
19. Oversee marketing budgets and invoicing, utilizing Coupa or similar financial systems.
20. Apply for company nominations for relevant industry awards and recognitions, ensuring that the company’s achievements and innovations are highlighted.
21. Stay current on trends, technologies, and best practices in graphic design, web design, and digital marketing.
22. Manage marketing intern, providing guidance and support on day-to-day tasks, creative development, and professional growth.
Job Specifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
· 3-5 years of experience developing and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including budgeting, performance tracking, and reporting on KPIs.
· Experience in logistics, supply chain, or B2B marketing preferred.
· Proven expertise in digital marketing, including social media management (X, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google Business Profile), SEO best practices, and paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads).
· Proficiency in Canva, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· Strong creative direction skills, with the ability to develop and manage all creative assets, content creation, and campaign execution.
· Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with executives and business unit leaders on strategic projects.
· Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts and coordinating with external agencies and service providers.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and report on campaign performance.
· Excellent organizational skills, with a high attention to detail in managing marketing collateral, internal communications, and marketing initiatives.
· Experience supporting executive leadership, providing marketing insights for strategic projects and business development efforts.
