As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in executing our marketing initiatives, creating compelling content, and driving demand generation to help us stand out in the industry. Location: Downtown Denver, Colorado - 3 days/week onsite, 2 days/week remote (parking partially subsidized - $50 per paycheck/biweekly)Salary: $70K-$75KKey Responsibilities: Content creation: Develop and coordinate engaging content across multiple platforms (blogs, whitepapers, social media, website, email campaigns) to build brand awareness and generate leads.Campaign execution & project management: Collaborate with the marketing manager to execute the marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns, promotions, and events are delivered on schedule while coordinating with cross-functional teams.Event & Tradeshow Coordination: Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of company events, tradeshows, and webinars, working with internal and external partners to maximize brand exposure.Market research: Conduct research to identify market trends, customer behavior, and competitive insights to inform marketing initiatives.Analytics & Reporting: Track, measure, and report on campaign performance and marketing initiatives, providing insights to optimize strategies for future success.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.2-3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on content creation, demand generation, and event management.Proven experience in developing and executing successful B2B marketing campaigns.Strong project management skills with the ability to run multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
