Marketing Assistant (Requesting US Navy Veterans/Spouses)
Location: Norfolk, VA 23505
REMOTE
Duration: 5 Month Contract
Pay: $15-$17/Hr
Key Attributes for a Field Representative Junior Military Rep Military Affiliation:
Honorable Discharge from US Military Active Reserves. Understanding of Military Culture:
Deep, firsthand understanding of Military culture, values, customs, and the challenges faced by Military and their families. Communication Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with military personnel of all ranks. Comfortable presenting information to groups and individuals. Social Media Presence:
Active and engaged social media presence, preferably with a focus on military-related topics or interests. No posts that are counter to either military values and culture and the core values. Passion for the Brand:
Genuine enthusiasm for the brand, its products, services, and mission, with a strong desire to serve the military community. Active member of USAA. Willingness to Travel:
Ability to travel frequently for meetings, events, and outreach activities. Professionalism and Dependability:
Commitment to representing the brand professionally, adhering to deadlines, and providing timely feedback.
Additional Desirable Attributes: Leadership Experience:
Demonstrated leadership experience within the military (e.g., NCO, junior officer). Public Speaking Experience: Experience presenting information to groups or leading discussions. Community Involvement: Active involvement in military-related organizations or community service. Financial Literacy:
Basic understanding of personal finance and investment principles. USAA Product Knowledge:
Familiarity with USAA's insurance, banking, and investment products. Integrity and Ethics:
Strong moral compass and commitment to ethical conduct.
