About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Casino Marketing Innovation to lead the strategic and logistical implementation of CRM and marketing platforms across its casino properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and driving the roadmap for casino marketing technology projects, providing recommendations on strategic and policy decisions, managing budgets and contracts, and ensuring the successful implementation of solutions and enhancements. This role requires a leader who can propose programs, guide marketing strategy, and work closely with IT and property partners to enhance team member and guest experiences. Applicants must have a college degree, a minimum of 8 years' experience in the gaming industry, and a strong knowledge of hospitality and gaming systems. Experience with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce, is preferred. The role demands the ability to analyze data, manage time and projects effectively, and a commitment to exceeding in the achievement of organizational goals. The Vice President will also be expected to maintain professional relationships with vendors and customers, and to conduct themselves in accordance with all gaming commission regulations and company policies. The position requires a detail-oriented, team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment that may include exposure to casino-related factors.
