Position Summary/Objective
The Vice President of Media Sales will drive significant revenue across PBR’s media platforms, highlighted by PBR on CBS, PBR on Merit Street, and PBR on TUDN. This individual will be expected to have an immediate impact on PBR’s media business by bringing a robust, existing network of brand and agency relationships to the role, will continually work to expand PBR’s advertiser network, and serve as PBR’s internal sales expert on all things media.
Collaborating with the Chief Revenue Officer and Senior Vice President of Corporate Partnerships & Media Sales, the Vice President of Media Sales will enhance and accelerate PBR’s successful media sales partnership with CBS Sports and establish, manage, and grow PBR’s new media sales strategy and partnership with both Merit Street Media and TUDN.

The Vice President of Media Sales will be expected to build strong relationships – internally and externally – and work across PBR’s various business units, media partners, agencies, brands, etc. to marry PBR goals and objectives with those of our partners and advertisers to deliver creative marketing programs that deliver results.
The ideal candidate will have a clear, demonstrated history of success generating revenue through creative, thoughtful, and impactful media programs, establishing and growing client relationships, and embodies the spirit of teamwork.
The Vice President of Media Sales position reports to the Senior Vice President of Corporate Partnerships & Media Sales and will work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer, PBR Sales Team, PBR Partnership Marketing Team, and PBR’s media partners – CBS Sports, Merit Street Media, and TUDN.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Drive significant revenue through PBR’s media platforms – CBS, Merit Street, and TUDNDevelop and execute PBR multi-platform media sales strategyIdentify and secure new PBR advertisersCollaborate with PBR Partnership Marketing Team to grow relationships and drive incremental revenue with current PBR sponsorsCollaborate with PBR Partnership Marketing and Sales Teams to convert media partners into sponsors and sponsors into media partnersServe as PBR’s internal expert on all things mediaOwn the PBR Media Sales budget – from forecasting to delivery against performance targetsStay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activitiesOptimize revenue generation through data-centric pricing strategies, creative marketing campaigns, and fully integrated partnershipsWork cross-functionally within PBR, across other Endeavor businesses, and with PBR’s media partners to deliver value to advertisersDevelop an in-depth understanding of PBRStrategic asset management across all media propertiesCreate and provide applicable reports – internally and externallyOther duties as assigned

Education & Formal Training
B.A. /B.S. in Marketing, Communications, Sports or business related field – preferred
Experience
7+ years of experience in national media salesPreferable experience working with live events in sports or entertainment
Working Conditions
Normal office hours Monday-Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as neededAbility to travel as requiredPosition is open to remote candidates
