The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive partner marketing strategy that aligns with company objectives and drives measurable growth. This role requires a leader with a deep understanding of the B2B enterprise software landscape, particularly in the areas of partner marketing and demand generation. Key responsibilities include cultivating strong relationships with key partners, leading a team of partner marketing professionals, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure the success of partner initiatives. The Vice President will also be tasked with performance optimization, resource management, and staying abreast of industry trends to keep the partner marketing strategy innovative and relevant. Candidates for the Vice President of Partner Marketing position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field, with an MBA preferred. A minimum of 12 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on partner or channel marketing within the B2B enterprise software industry, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in demand generation, strong leadership and team management skills, and the ability to inspire a high-performing team. Strategic and analytical skills, excellent communication, and a data-driven approach to decision-making are essential.
