Summary : The Vice President of Brand Marketing is responsible for leading brand marketing efforts, developing and executing high-impact brand campaigns that drive national awareness, customer engagement, and organic growth across multiple brands and a variety of location-based entertainment verticals. This role shapes the brand narrative and oversees partnerships within the entertainment and hospitality industries.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Brand Strategy & Campaign Development
- Oversee the development of the brand marketing process for the company - defining key roles, multi-year brand marketing strategy, KPIs for campaigns and individual team members.
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies to enhance market presence and visibility.
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of integrated brand campaigns focused on storytelling and consumer engagement.
- Oversee the evolution of brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all consumer touchpoints while maintaining awareness of developing industry and consumer trends.
- Lead the development of national brand partnerships aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee local and regional partnerships to drive community engagement.
- Build and maintain relationships with key media, influencers, and industry partners.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and ROI.
- Collaborate with the VP of Digital Marketing to analyze real-time campaign performance to make informed decisions on campaign spend and channel level allocations.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve brand impact.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and creative teams to align brand initiatives with business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong background in media relations, influencer marketing, and strategic partnerships.
- Proven expertise in developing and executing successful brand campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize brand performance.
Education and Experience
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in brand marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within national entertainment, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
- Experience with multi-location marketing strategies and brand campaigns.
Work Environment/Physical Demands:
General office environment where you will walk, bend, and stand for periods of time.

The approximate pay rate for this position is $188,000-208,000 annually. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
