This leadership role requires a visionary professional with extensive experience in marketing and sales technologies, particularly within the Salesforce ecosystem. You will be entrusted with the responsibility of transforming platform requirements into tangible value, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and leading a skilled team of technical experts. Key responsibilities include: Creating and communicating a compelling platform roadmap Utilizing agile practices to ensure efficiency and effectiveness Overseeing the platform's performance, security, and innovation Managing vendor relationships and industry trends Driving continuous improvement and innovation within the organization Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field (Master’s degree preferred), a specialized focus on Salesforce products and architecture, and a proven history of leading technology transformations.
