Akkodis is seeking a Network Consultant for a Contract job with a client in Jersey city NJ /Richmond VA/Chicago IL. Ideally looking for applicants with a solid background in the financial services industry .

Network Consultant(Audio & video Conference experience)

MUST HAVE: In-depth knowledge of audio and video conferencing platforms (i.e. Cisco Telepresence, Cisco Meeting Place, Cisco Call Manager, Compunetix Audio Conferencing, Verizon Audio Conferencing)

Job location – Jersey city NJ /Richmond VA/Chicago IL(Hybrid – 3 days week)

Rate - Rate Range: $72/hour to $73.68/hour on w2 ONLY ; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

The candidate will be responsible for engineering, certifying and troubleshooting audio or video conferencing application(s) from lab to production.

• In-depth knowledge of audio and video conferencing platforms (i.e. Cisco Telepresence, Cisco Meeting Place, Cisco Call Manager, Compunetix Audio Conferencing, Verizon Audio Conferencing)

• Proven Experience with packet capture and analysis software (i.e. Wireshark) to review audio and video messaging, flow, guality and issues

• In-depth knowledge of video, audio and networking protocols such as SIP, RTV/RTP, AVC/SVC, H.264/265, H.239, Active Directory, SNMP

• Integration experience with collaboration platforms (i.e. Webex, Zoom, MS Teams, Skype)

• Experience with deployment of application client to physical and virtual user devices

• Proven leadership skills in a high pace, highly technical solutions environment

• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of customers and leadership

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and respond under pressure

• Strong analytical and organizational skills, including attention to detail, and ability to determine effective course of action as required

• Ability to thoroughly review, understand and interpret technology updates for applicability in the environment we support

• Strong presentation skills and be able to communicate at the right level of details

• Demonstrate ability to implement, drive and track projects

• Ability to maintain an optimistic, flexible attitude in a very fast-paced environment.
