The Role The Trade Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting our business objectives by executing trade marketing strategies across key retail channels, primarily natural brick & mortar. This role will involve working closely with colleagues across the sales and marketing teams to optimize product visibility, drive sales, and enhance consumer experience at the point of sale. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, scrappy, and creative individual with US Trade Marketing experience and a passion for natural health products. What you'll be doing Development: Develop & execute trade marketing strategies for key retail partners - primarily brick & mortar natural - across the US Collaborate with the sales & marketing teams to align trade activities with overall sales targets and brand objectives Identify opportunities to expand product visibility and grow market share within the US market Execution: Plan, develop, and execute promotional campaigns, trade communications, including point-of-sale (POS) displays, in-store promotions Own the development and execution of the Quarterly Sales & Promotions Flyer Collaborate with marketing team to plan and execute strategic digital retail campaigns and trade shows Ensure timely delivery & inventory of promotional materials that service retail partners Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with key retail partners, vendors and cross functional colleagues. Understand retail partner needs and optimize the trade marketing approach Monitor competitor activity within the trade space and suggest actionable insights Performance Tracking & Reporting: Analyze trade marketing campaign performance and make data-driven decisions for future initiatives Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales uplift, return on investment (ROI), and product sell-through Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on the effectiveness of trade marketing efforts in the US market Budget & Inventory Management: Manage the trade marketing budget for the US market, ensuring all campaigns and promotions deliver maximum ROI Track and report on spend against the budget, adjusting as needed to optimize results Requirements What you'll bring Prior experience working with CPG, ideally in the natural and/or vits/supps/beauty space. Cross functional collaboration & partnerships, ideally with retail sales, brand, design & category Project & budget management Vendor relations & procurement This person must work well in a team environment and have a demonstrated ability to operate at all levels within an organization Bachelor's degree required Minimum 5 Years of CPG, preferably natural and/or vits/supps/beauty.
