Orcool AI: Real-Time Creative Optimization (RTCO)

automatically generates and optimizes video ads based on real user reviews . Our goal?
Hyper-personalized ad creatives in real-time, optimized for Cost per Review (CPR). Now, we need a
technical partner
who can
rapidly validate hypotheses, streamline production, and scale our AI infrastructure. What You’ll Be Doing
Rapid hypothesis validation
→ Can our AI solutions, API integrations, and ad formats be executed in days, not weeks? AI pipeline development & optimization
→ Working with
AI avatars, voice synthesis, and ML models to predict ad performance. Integration with ad platforms
→ Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Unity Ads, AppLovin. Scaling AI-driven video ad production
→ Transforming real user reviews into high-converting ad creatives. Who We’re Looking For
Full-Stack or ML/AI Engineer
who thrives in rapid experimentation. Experience with ad platform APIs
( Facebook Ads API, TikTok Ads API, Google Ads API, DSPs
– a huge plus). Growth mindset
→ less about writing perfect code, more about building the right product fast. SF Bay Area preferred, but remote is possible
