Social Content Producer Requirements:

• 4-7 years of experience as a social media producer and editor.

• Proficient in Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, and social media analytics tools.

• Experience managing a team of content creators.

• Strong storytelling, writing, and editorial skills.

• Ability to adapt to shifting news cycles, with availability for nights, weekends, and travel.

Social Content Producer Responsibilities:

• Plan, produce, and publish content across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, X, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.

• Manage a small team of content creators in-office and on-location.

• Maintain a consistent publishing schedule and content calendar.

• Monitor performance using analytics and make data-driven adjustments.

• Collaborate across teams to ensure brand alignment and campaign integration.
