Overview
This role will involve helping to manage our internal creative operations and the production of campaigns, building optimal production setups, collaborating with cross-functional partners across the organization. The ideal candidate is skilled at balancing strategic and tactical approaches, loves making things happen, has a creative eye for video production, and enjoys staying organized.
Responsibilities
- Global project management: lead and oversee the end-to-end production process of projects, ensuring timely and high-quality execution from pre-production planning to final delivery.
- Production setup: develop and implement the best production architecture for each project, including selecting appropriate partners and vendors to achieve the desired creative outcomes.
- Creative operations: suggest and implement efficient workflows and ways of working to streamline the creative production process and improve collaboration globally.
- Budget and calendar management: manage project budgets and dates, ensuring cost-effective production while maintaining high creative standards respecting deadlines.
- On-location management: co-manage shoots and productions on location, coordinating logistics and ensuring everything runs smoothly and accordingly. Availability to travel to supervise productions is necessary.
- Creative operations innovation: help to research best practice and roll out new tools and methods to create better creative workflow, including in project management, content creation, and AI.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
- Availability to work in a hybrid model, both in-person and remotely.
- Hands-on team player with strong people skills, work ethic and ability to engage at all levels of the organization.
- Strong grasp on culture, with a keen understanding of what is relevant and an eye for upcoming trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communicator, with the ability to solve complex business problems through compelling creative strategies, breakthrough creative ideas and engaging presentations.
- Experience in creative production.
- Managing large-scale campaigns.
- A deep understanding of creative processes and the ability to translate creative vision into actionable production plans.
- Extensive experience in selecting and working with creative agencies and production houses in different states and overseeing the entire production lifecycle.
Remote work qualifications
- Access to a reliable and secure high-speed internet connection. Cable or fiber internet connections (at least 75mbps download/10mbps upload) are preferred, as satellite connections often cannot support the technologies used to perform day-to-day tasks.
- Access to a home router and modem.
- A dedicated home office space that is noise- and distraction-free. The space should have strong wireless connection or a wired Ethernet connection (wired connection is preferred, if possible).
- A valid, physical address (apartment, suite, etc.). PO Boxes are not supported, as a physical address is required for you to receive your computer equipment.
- The desire and ability to work and communicate with other team members via chat, webcam, etc.
