Base pay range
$38.00/hr - $44.00/hr
Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize the marketing automation platform (MAP) to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Clean up and manage user data fields, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Work with Braze/Iterable to transition user data fields to Source of Truth (SOT) fields.
- Manage retention periods for custom events, including adding, modifying, or removing them as needed.
- Oversee user permissions and access management within the MAP.
- Monitor IP health and email deliverability to maintain strong sender reputation.
- Collaborate with marketing managers to shut down unused automations and document active workflows.
- Utilize ETL (Fivetran) and Reverse ETL (Hightouch) platforms to streamline data pipelines for third-party providers.
- Assist in designing and updating governance policies for marketing automation.
- Work closely with QA teams to define and execute test scenarios for automation and campaign success.
- Optimize database health by cleaning up and maintaining user data integrity.
