flexibility, and occasional travel. As a key member of the creative team, you’ll take the lead in
developing, producing, and capturing content across a variety of formats—including video,
podcast, and audio—often managing multiple projects in parallel.
This is not a junior role—beyond being a strong shooter, you should bring creative and production
leadership to the table. You’ll be responsible for developing, organizing, and producing a range of
content types—video, audio, podcast, or all of the above in a single day. While you don’t need to be
a master editor, you should have the post-production fluency to handle rough assemblies, selects,
and light cuts, and know how to guide a project through to completion with external editors or
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of in-house content production, from pre-production through delivery.
- Serve as the primary videographer for a wide range of projects including brand campaigns, educational content, internal communications, and social media assets.
- Manage multiple shoots and production timelines, often across formats (video, audio, podcast) within the same day or week.
- Create and manage production schedules and budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and deadlines are met.
- Handle light editing duties such as string-outs, interview selects, and simple assembly cuts to support post-production workflows.
- Collaborate with creative leadership to align content with strategic goals and brand vision.
- Oversee gear management, media wrangling, and organization of studio operations.
- Work closely with external editors and vendors to ensure smooth handoffs and polished final products.
- Contribute to creative brainstorming and ideation, bringing new approaches and storytelling ideas to the table.
- Ensure all produced content adheres to branding, legal, and healthcare compliance guidelines.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience as a videographer, content producer, or studio lead, with a strong portfolio or reel showcasing work in commercial, corporate, or educational settings.
- Proven ability to manage and deliver multimedia projects from concept to execution.
- Experience developing and managing production schedules and budgets across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Expertise in camera operation, lighting, and sound for both field and studio productions.
- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, with the ability to prep and organize footage for post-production.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills; comfortable juggling several deliverables at once across different formats.
- Experience in podcast production and familiarity with audio workflows is a plus.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, graphic design principles, or AI design tools is a bonus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A proactive, adaptable mindset with the ability to work independently and lead within a fast-moving team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in film, media production, communications, or related field preferred, though not required.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is a confident creative leader who thrives in a hands-on, collaborative studio
environment. You're equally at home behind the camera and in a production meeting, with the
instincts to bring ideas to life and the discipline to execute them smoothly. If you’re excited by the
idea of building and shaping an in-house studio function at a mission-driven organization—we’d
love to hear from you.
