The Marketing Coordinator will support marketing activities to drive engagement, brand consistency, and internal collaboration across BLU by ThriveWell. This role is ideal for a creative professional who understands luxury branding, is fluent in digital tools, and can balance execution with innovative thinking. The position will contribute to content development, digital strategy, influencer identification, and member experience while working cross-functionally with internal departments and website support teams to maintain a seamless brand presence. Key Responsibilities Content Development Write clear, engaging copy for social media, digital campaigns, emails, newsletters, and branded materials. Collaborate on fresh campaign ideas that align with BLU’s voice and luxury brand image. Assist with blog writing and ghostwriting thought leadership content when needed. Visual Design & Asset Management Create on-brand visual content using Canva and Adobe Photoshop. Ensure consistent brand presentation across all platforms and materials. Assist in creating branded presentations and marketing decks in Canva or PowerPoint. Video Support & Platform Management Use Vimeo to upload, organize, and distribute video content. Assist with basic video editing or coordinate with external contractors to ensure brand consistency. Digital and Social Media Execution Manage scheduling, publishing, and engagement across social media platforms. Actively monitor and participate in social conversations by commenting, liking, and boosting brand presence. Use HubSpot for marketing automation, content workflows, email campaigns, and performance tracking. Identify and build relationships with influencers and thought leaders in the wellness, longevity, and lifestyle. Member Experience Support Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the BLU member experience through touchpoints such as welcome kits, branded materials, and event support. Support marketing efforts for member events, workshops, and wellness activations. Administrative Support & Cross-Departmental Collaboration Maintain the marketing calendar and ensure on-time execution of initiatives. Update our Marketing Hub and coordinate with vendors as needed. Serve as a marketing liaison to our various departments, including BLU Medical, Personal Trainers, and Membership Experience, to ensure brand consistency and support across initiatives. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or content-driven brand support. Proficient in Canva, Vimeo, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat), HubSpot Marketing Hub, and Google Workspace. Experience using HubSpot for email marketing, content management, and lead-nurturing campaigns. Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills. Strong design sense with attention to visual brand standards. Familiarity with influencer research, social engagement strategy, and community building. Highly organized, deadline-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects. Experience in wellness, hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury sectors preferred.
