This is for a 6 day study, with 8-10 hour shifts on April 7-10th and April 16-19th onsite in Menlo Park, CA.
Required Skills & Experience :
- Previous roles in UX research or moderation, human-computer interaction conducting interviews with participants.
- In person experience with research participants.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience facilitating studies for "devices".
- Microsoft Teams proficiency.
Job Description : Insight Global is hiring UX Researchers for a 2-week project on site in Menlo Park, CA.
Day to Day : The UX Researcher will conduct on site interviews one on one with participants. Each UX researcher will have a different 'station' for these in person research studies for wearable technology devices. Additional tasks will include:
- Taking detailed notes and documenting participant feedback accurately during and after sessions.
- Collaborating with other UX researchers to achieve research objectives and methodologies.
- Maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor to create a positive participant experience in person.
