Job Summary:
Meneses Law is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Marketing Coordinator will play a critical role monitoring marketing campaign that enhance brand awareness and drive engagement. This position requires collaboration with external vendors, media partners, and internal teams to monitor effective marketing campaigns, events and activities. Additionally, the role will involve ownership of AI-driven marketing initiatives and optimizing campaigns to improve results.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and creative, with the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
Essential Functions/ Responsibilities:
- Must be fluent and proficient in Spanish with the ability to write and proof written material and creatives in Spanish.
- Oversee and manage various marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and update of the Marketing Department Calendar
- Scheduling, monitoring and reporting mobile campaigns.
- Assist been point of contact for coordinating with various external vendors and partners.
- Maintain organized records of projects timelines, budgets, and vendor communications.
- Prepare and present regular reports on projects status, partnership performance, and campaign outcomes.
- Perform any other tasks or functions deemed necessary to the daily operations of the Marketing Department.
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong project management skills with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- A commitment to personal growth and a desire to develop a long-term career in marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners.
- Experience with media partnership and campaign coordination preferred.
- Willingness to learn and flexible individual with a professional and collaborative demeanor.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with technology and ability to learn our software systems.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and MacOS systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
Meneses Law believes in Work Life Balance. Operation hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. plus 2 Saturdays a month for certain positions.
