Base pay range
$25.00/hr - $30.00/hr
Duration: 6 Month Contract to Hire
Qualifications
- One year of work experience in the implementation, support, and maintenance of media resources, audio/visual technology, and digital media equipment.
- One year of work experience in the implementation, support, and maintenance of computer hardware and software systems in a helpdesk environment.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations and demonstrate a commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion.
Responsibilities
- As a key member of our AV team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and training to faculty and staff on AV and simulation systems.
- Setting up and configuring technology systems and services for a diverse customer base within the university community.
- Performing day-to-day maintenance, operations, scheduling, training, and troubleshooting of classroom technology, health records simulation applications, and human replica simulation systems.
- Installing, configuring, documenting, and maintaining new or existing technology systems and services.
