Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional marketing assets that align with creative briefs, under the guidance of creative leadership and program teams. Drive projects from inception to completion, ensuring accuracy and meticulous attention to detail. Foster strong relationships with copy, web design, and other creative teams to ensure visual and verbal elements cohesively represent the brand. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives. Uphold brand guidelines and ensure their consistent application across all deliverables. Guide and mentor junior designers, contributing to their professional growth and creative development. Stay abreast of design trends and best practices to maintain the company's visual communications at the forefront of industry standards. Deliver exceptional work that consistently meets or exceeds design objectives. Requirements: 5-7+ years of experience in digital and traditional visual design. Bachelor's degree in design or a related field. Ability to come onsite 5 days/week. Showcase a strong portfolio demonstrating strategic and conceptual design skills across various media, including ads, brochures, social media, and sales materials. Possess a refined sense of visual style with a strong foundation in layout, typography, and design standards. Demonstrate a deep commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
