About the Role

The Visual Merchandiser supports the management team in achieving store goals by providing world-class service. They serve as a role model for building customer relationships and maintain a visible presence through store supervision to ensure appropriate staff coverage.

1. Make the store a fun, inspirational neighborhood destination.
2. Continuously seek inspiration, trends, and ways to elevate product styling and decorating expertise.
3. Replenish the sales floor regularly and maintain visual presentation and displays.
4. Execute floorsets reflecting the brand's inspiration, standards, and spirit within the required timeframe.
5. Foster an environment of fairness, dignity, and respect, aligning with our People-First Philosophy.

1. Collaborate with the sales team, appreciating and valuing each other's talents and contributions.

Qualifications

1. 1-3 years of experience in merchandising or visual roles.
2. 1-2 years experience in home-related design or visual merchandising preferred; specialty retail experience is a plus.
3. Effective communication, organization, and leadership skills.
4. Proven ability to motivate and influence others through personal actions and examples.
5. College degree preferred or equivalent job experience.

Physical Requirements

1. Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
2. Ability to operate POS systems.
3. Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 75 pounds, using appropriate equipment and safety techniques.
