Project Coordinator | Telecommunications Solution | 5 Days + Office Hours | Weekend rest | Yishun
Salary: $2,000 - $3,000
Working Days: Monday – Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm)
Working Location: Yishun
Roles & Responsibilities
Support Project Manager & Implementation Manager in project planning and site coordination.
Interface and coordinate with external parties (e.g. building management, government agencies), internal staff and in house contractors (ASP) to ensure the smooth implementation of every site and project rollout.
Planning and distribution of work schedules
Co-ordination with ASP/customer/internal staff/external parties
Checking and tracking site documentations to/from ASP, customers, internal staff.
Update and reporting of project databases.
Checking and verify Bill of Quantity.
Managing project related documentation.
Requirements:
With at least 1 year of relevant experience as project coordinator
Experience in planning and scheduling work in project environment.
Good in MS Excel and Outlook
Site visit to coordinate with engineer when required
Experienced in cellular network infrastructure construction and installation will be an advantage.
