The Opportunity
We’re looking for a talented Photographer and Videographer to join our in-house marketing team. In this creative and collaborative role, you’ll produce high-quality visual content that showcases our products, people, spaces, and experiences. Your work will help shape the visual identity of our brand across multiple platforms, from social media to in-store promotions to internal communications.

What You’ll Do

• Capture Moments: Photograph and film engaging content that highlights our retail and restaurant environments, employee culture, customer experiences, events, and products.
  
• Create Campaign Content: Partner with our marketing team to plan and execute shoots that support brand messaging, seasonal campaigns, and promotions.
  
• Edit with Precision: Edit photos and videos using tools like Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro to maintain a polished, consistent brand look.
  
• Drive Visual Storytelling: Bring our values and culture to life through creative concepts, attention to detail, and an eye for compelling imagery.
  
• Scout & Set the Scene: Identify and prepare shoot locations, balancing creative vision with logistical considerations like lighting, space, and accessibility.
  
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work alongside designers, marketers, and leadership to align visual content with larger brand goals and project timelines.
  
• Optimize for Digital: Prepare and format content for websites, social media, email campaigns, and digital advertising.
  

What You Bring

• A strong portfolio of work in photography and videography, and experience in restaurant or retail settings, is a plus.
  
• Proven expertise in using professional equipment and software (DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting kits, Adobe Creative Suite)
  
• Understanding of lighting, composition, and color theory, with strong visual storytelling skills
  
• Strong editing abilities and a good sense of pacing, rhythm, and brand-aligned aesthetics
  
• Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  
• A collaborative, flexible spirit and willingness to occasionally work evenings/weekends for events or time-sensitive shoots
  
• A degree in photography, videography, visual arts, or relevant experience in the field
  

• Bachelor's degree in photography, videography, visual arts, or a related field
• Proven experience as a photographer and videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in retail and restaurant environments
• Proficiency in photography and videography equipment, software, and techniques, including DSLR cameras, lighting setups, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro), and video editing tools
• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, color theory, and storytelling principles in visual content creation
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement in visual storytelling
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for special events or time-sensitive projects
• Experience in retail or restaurant photography/videography is a plus
