We are seeking a meticulous and creative employee to fill our visual rework position. The Visual Rework Employee will play a crucial role in reworking parts that have failed our visual standard. This role involves carefully reviewing and reworking visual elements to align with our visual standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Rework visual rejections: Collaborate with final to review and rework visual rejections to adhere to our visual standard.
Sort rejected product: Sort reworks and group them by rework process required to fix them.
Quality Assurance: Clear understanding of our visual standard.
Efficiency and Timeliness: Complete visual rework tasks within designated timelines without compromising quality.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation of all visual rework activities.
Required Skills
Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Skills/Experience:
- Previous experience in a role that requires a strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to maintain high-quality standards.
