LaBovick Law Group is looking for a Marketing Director to lead our marketing division and help us scale our mission to deliver justice and service to those who need it most. Employment Type: Full-time In office As our Marketing Director, you’ll report directly to the CEO and serve as a key member of our leadership team. Your mission is to maximize firm growth and brand dominance by leading all marketing, advertising, and public relations efforts. You’ll align the firm's marketing strategy with our long-term Vivid Vision, working closely with sales and intake leadership to support expansion into new legal divisions and geographic markets. Key Responsibility Own and execute the overall marketing strategy to meet firm-wide growth goals Lead and manage internal marketing team members, VAs, and vendor partners Oversee all digital, mass media, referral, and PR campaigns Develop and scale our "Family of Warriors" referral marketing program Manage marketing budgets, track ROI, and present performance reports to leadership Support geographic expansion and new legal divisions through strategic marketing Champion brand integrity across all platforms and messaging Contribute to training initiatives using marketing-produced content (video/audio) Represent the firm at industry events, mastermind groups, and professional retreats Qualification 7+ years of marketing leadership experience, preferably in a professional services or legal environment Proven track record of driving growth through multichannel marketing strategies Strong grasp of performance marketing, brand building, and digital transformation Experience leading teams, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing budgets High-level communication and leadership skills Strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and results Familiarity with AI, Big Data, and emerging marketing technologies is a plus Why Join Us?
