Responsibilities Implement firmware for the home entertainment product line to enhance user experience. Develop features to support hardware testing and diagnosis of embedded devices. Collaborate with hardware engineers and software developers to ensure seamless hardware and firmware integration. Conduct performance testing, debugging, and profiling of firmware to ensure optimal performance and stability. Requirements Genuine passion for embedded firmware development. Proficiency in C/C++ programming for embedded systems. Familiarity with embedded Linux firmware development. Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, Multicast, QoS). Hands-on experience with AES67, RTP, PTP, and audio-over-IP protocols. Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS) or Linux-based systems. Understanding of clock synchronization, precision timing, and jitter management in IP audio networks. Team player, self-motivated, loves challenges, and capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. BSc/MS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent. Fluent in both written and spoken English for effective collaboration with global teams. Nice to Have Experience developing and optimizing firmware for real-time audio streaming over IP networks, focusing on AES67 and related technologies. Experience with real-time streaming protocols.
