Job Description As a
Graphic Designer in P&G's Family Care Studio , you will work across packaging and digital mediums to bring memorable and iconic product experiences to life. You will design impactful brand assets, online digital activations, concept visualizations, 2D package design, and in-store promotional materials. As a hands-on creative, you will need expertise in the relevant design software to deliver excellent graphic design for conceptual exploration, consumer learning, and final delivery for shelf. You will be responsible for participating in the creative design process to help teams generate concepts for superior packaging and communication. You will collaborate with other like-minded creatives and multidisciplinary teams to support the business's needs. You will stay up to speed with new applications and technologies, incorporating AI into design exploration. You’ll view business challenges through an empathetic, consumer-centric lens to connect with the hearts & minds of Family Care consumers. What you'll do everyday: Design and develop visual assets to support strategic design initiatives from conception through final package design Inspire the business through creative & innovative problem-solving Ensure brand guidelines and directives are embraced and executed consistently across all design touchpoints. Exhibit strong creative leadership and excellent communication skills in pitching conceptual and directional choices for design concepts and 2D packaging directions Assist with digital communications such as graphics for digital commerce and social media Be accountable for the superior quality of creative execution. Job Qualifications BA/BS in Graphic Design or a similar field. Experience as a Graphic Designer A strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in graphic design and brand expression. Your portfolio will be assessed on creative excellence, visual storytelling, problem-solving and technical mastery. Good communication and collaboration skills with the ability to problem solve and work effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Comfortable giving and receiving feedback. Adaptability and comfort in a dynamic environment, with a growth mindset and a commitment to continuous learning. Strong time and project management skills, with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines. Proficiency in design software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and working knowledge Figma, and video editing tools. Starting Pay / Salary Range $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 / year
