Job Description:
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Assistant Director, the OPS Marketing position Supports the Marketing and Communications Specialist in planning, developing, and managing content to enhance the visibility and effectiveness of the Office of Professional Workforce Development course launches and marketing campaigns. This role involves assisting in the creation of marketing materials, social media management, and digital media coordination.
The essential functions of this position are as follows:
Content Creation & Editing:
Assist in drafting, editing, and organizing content for marketing materials, press releases, course launches, articles, and advertisements.
Collaborate in the development and coordination of digital media and creatives for advertising campaigns.
Social Media Management:
Support the management and scheduling of content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Monitor social media engagement and report on performance metrics.
Campaign Management:
Provide support in managing marketing campaigns, including tracking progress, coordinating with stakeholders, and compiling reports.

Expected Salary:
$23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
