Position Overview
At Stensul, you'll lead our product design, research, and UX engineering teams, crafting user experiences that inspire creativity and innovation. What You'll Do Inspiring Leadership & Vision Lead, mentor, and empower a high-performing design team to deliver innovative, user-first solutions. Define a bold design vision and partner with Product Management and Engineering to create long-term strategies that drive impactful results. Driving Collaboration Across Teams Build strong partnerships across Product Design, Research, Management, and Engineering to ensure seamless alignment and synergy. Leverage user research to uncover key insights, craft strategic plans, and translate findings into exceptional designs. Scaling Design Excellence Establish a world-class design organization by scaling operations, evolving design systems, and ensuring quality and consistency. Recruit, develop, and retain top talent, building a team that thrives on creativity and innovation. Optimizing Design Operations Streamline workflows, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency, accountability, and operational excellence. Identify and align overlapping efforts across teams to deliver cohesive, user-centric experiences. Advocating for Design Impact Champion the value of design as a key driver of innovation and growth across the organization. Elevate design as a strategic asset, ensuring its role remains central to Stensul's success and vision. What You'll Need Proven Expertise
10+ years of experience in product designs, with at least 5 years in a leadership role Proven track record of designing and delivering successful enterprise SaaS experiences Portfolio showcasing impactful, user-focused work on complex applications. Deep knowledge of product design, user research, and technical feasibility. Skilled at balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Exceptional Skills Clear and inspiring communicator who excels at fostering collaboration and consensus. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on delivering measurable impact. A systems thinker who thrives in ambiguity and embraces experimentation to drive innovation. Leadership Qualities Passionate about empowering teams to innovate, grow, and deliver their best work. Creative problem-solver, adept at tackling complex challenges with user-centered solutions. Preferred Qualifications Experience in marketing technologies - email marketing, landing pages, CMS, digital asset management, personalization, experimentation, and work management. Experience in enterprise SaaS environments. Familiarity with agile development methodologies. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite. Salary information:
The estimated base salary for this position is $200,000 - $220,000 USD. Additionally, we offer both significant equity and comprehensive benefits. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
