Effective communication and collaboration skills to foster a positive team culture and contribute to the larger company culture.Participate in employee activities such as interviewing, onboarding, and training,QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.3+ years of experience in senior sales and marketing leadership roles.Proven record of driving sales growth, building successful marketing strategies, and delivering and defining expectational customer experiences.Understanding of the luxury goods and marine industry, including consumer behavior, trends, and industry best practices.Demonstrated history of success in leading teams, fostering a motivated and collaborative work environment, and harnessing the unique strengths of team members to achieve common goals.Strong MS Office Suite skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams).Initiative-taking with effective communication skills and positive attitude.If you are a results-oriented leader passionate about driving sales growth and have the skills required for this role, we would love to hear from you.
