$117,000.00/yr - $234,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales quotas while contributing to team goals.
- Manage a high volume of accounts effectively.
- Prioritize business opportunities through accurate sales pipeline management.
- Develop high-level relationships with contacts managing multiple budgets.
- Drive organizational alignment and influence decision-makers.
- Implement strategies for consistent revenue streams.
- Collaborate on learning agendas and help clients measure impact.
- Serve as an industry thought leader in performance advertising.
- Deliver consultative sales presentations based on industry knowledge and Walmart solutions.
- Present needs-based, objective-driven solutions to RFPs.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in digital sales, including search, sponsored products, and full-funnel platform sales.
- Proven negotiation skills and relationship management experience.
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Track record of exceeding sales goals through consultative selling.
- Strong understanding of Walmart consumer behavior and marketing strategies.
- Analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, curiosity, persistence, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in fast-paced startup, sales, or online advertising environments preferred.

The salary range varies by location: Los Angeles, CA ($108,000-$216,000), San Bruno, CA ($117,000-$234,000). Additional compensation may include bonuses and stock options.
Minimum Qualifications
Options include a bachelor’s degree in psychology or related fields, a master’s degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related fields, or 5+ years of relevant experience in brand advertising, media sales, or client account management.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Psychology, Advertising, Marketing, or Business.
